Time of arrival must be stated when booking in or a minimun of 24 hours before arrival, Failure to do so will mean the cancellation of your booking,If you are going to arrive earlier or later than your arrival time you must let us know as early as possible, as we may have other arrangements and may not be on the premises to book you in,
When a reservation is made a credit card number is taken to guarantee the bookings requested.
We operate a 24hour cancellation policy whereby failure to cancel a booking 24 hour's before your stay will mean a charge of a 1 night stay.
